Background Story:
This card is for my brother-in law who loves Toy Story. This card would also be great for children.

I created the background with the celebration confetti with VersaMark on blue paper. I then added the rope and used glue dots to adhere it to the background. I then put Woody and the Sheriff badge and put them on some foam tape. The inside was created with stamps from Altenew that I got from Simon Says Stamps.
