How to make a valentine's day shaker card 2020

Materials needed:

• Heart image
• foam tape
• Cricut acetate 
• Nicole Love patterned paper from AC Moore (probably not available anymore)
• Art Glitter glue
• Heart Sequins 

Dimensions Used:

Card base: 4.25" by 5.5"

Background: 4.25" by 5.5"

Hear cut out: 1.5" by 4.5"
